Papa first . First I am a spouse and dad of two girls, because I stick to Ka Sundance's words: "What a helper I would be if I were not primarily for the most important people in my life, my wife and my children, there would be?".
Entrepreneur with a heart . Passion, enthusiasm and help are at the center of my entrepreneurial existence - everything with a lot of heart inside. I myself sold my share of the company in 2012, where I was able to learn a lot "from the green field". I was able to gain a lot of experience - and also learn how not to do some things. I sold my company shares in 2012.
As a pioneer for new business models , I am inspired by new ideas and approaches. I plan and implement this with a virtual team - for example the self-coaching portal www.dein-bester-coach-bist-du.de.
I would like to share the knowledge that I have been allowed to do professionally so far. That's why I've been working as a management consultant since 2012 . Basically, I support people and companies to be and become successful. My core topics are online business, sales and the setup of new customer acquisition. I love management consulting because you can get to know so many forms of success and the personalities behind them. Each advisory mandate has further sensitized me and allowed me to mature.
For me, management consulting has also been true for a number of years: The heart is at the center - regardless of whether it is online business, sales, new customer acquisition or controlling. The heart is the source of the power to follow. If the structures and processes of a company are based on this and give it a framework, a company becomes powerful and successful.
Since 2018 I have been living with my wife and family as an earthly citizen and digital nomad, we work in the most beautiful places on earth and are there where we feel comfortable and where it is needed.

I come from a sales family - sales were put into my cradle early on, so to speak. I soon noticed that, unlike some other "Hunters", the sales department for me does not consist of "hitting, knocking off and hitting off". It just didn't feel good to me. I see sales work as a thing between people. Ultimately, it is people in a company who buy something from other people.
I have been very busy with personal development and coaching and have trained as a psychotherapist in attachment energetics. It quickly became clear to me how closely sales and personal issues are linked.
I really enjoy meeting sales people, being inspired and inspired by them in sales. At the same time, as a coach , I can accompany people on their personal path - away from learned patterns and towards matters of the heart.
